USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The present User agreement (hereinafter – Agreement) refers to the website of the online store "Mart" located

at https://martnails.ru and to all the relevant websites linked to the website https://martnails.ru.

1.2. The website of the online store "Mart" (hereinafter – the Website) is the property of SP Ushakov,

1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the website of the online store "Mart" (hereinafter – the website Administration) and the User of this Website.

1.4. The administration of the site reserves the right at any time to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement without notice to the User.

1.5. Your continued use of this Website constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.

1.6. The user is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for any changes in it.

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

2.1. The following terms are defined for purposes of this Agreement the following meanings:

2.1.1 "Mart" – online shop situated on a domain name https://martnails.ru operating through the Internet resource and related services.

2.1.2. Online store – a website containing information on Goods, Seller that allows the selection, ordering and (or) acquisition of Goods.

2.1.3. The administration of the website of the online store – authorized employees on Site management, acting on behalf of the entrepreneur Ushakova.

2.1.4. The user of the site Internet-shop (hereinafter ‑ the User) – a person having access to the Site via the Internet and using the Site.

2.1.5. The contents of the website of the online store (hereinafter – the Content) - protected results of intellectual activities including texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, artwork, musical compositions with or without text, graphics, text, photographic, derivative, compound, or other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, General style and arrangement of such Content,included in the Website and other intellectual property all together and/or separately contained on the website of the online store.

3. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to enable the User of the Internet-shop access to information contained on the Website Products and the services rendered.

3.1.1. Online store provides the User with the following services (the services):

• access to electronic content for a fee, with the right to purchase (download), view the content;

• access the search and navigation of the online store;

• giving the User the possibility of posting messages, comments, User-review, grading, content online store;

• access to information about the Product and to information about the purchase of Goods on a fee basis;

• other services (services), implemented on the pages of the online store.

3.1.2. Under this Agreement subject to all existing (functioning) at the moment services (services) Internet shop, as well as any subsequent modifications appearing in the future, additional services (services) online store.

3.2. Access to the online store free of charge.

3.3. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website the User accepts this Agreement.

3.4. The use of materials and services of the Website is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation

4. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The site administration has the right to:

4.1.1. To change the rules of use of the Website and change the content of this Website. The changes will come into force from the moment of posting the revised Agreement on the Website.

4.1.2. To restrict access to the Website if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement.

4.1.3. To change the amount of payment charged for the provision of access to and use of the website of the online store. The change in the value will not be available to Users who have registered by the time change amount of payment, with the exception of cases specifically stipulated by the Administration of the website of the online store.

4.2. The user may:

4.2.4. To use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for by Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. The Website user undertakes to:

4.3.1. To provide upon request of site Administration additional information that is relevant to the services provided by this Website.

4.3.2. To respect the property and moral rights of authors and other copyright holders when using the Site.

4.3.3. Not to take any action which may be regarded as violating the normal functioning of the Website.
